We are seeking staff members to join our team in April 2025.
Do you feel strongly about giving a voice to students about their education and lives, in a way that can prepare them for true democracy, where everyone has a real and engaged voice?
Would you like to work as part of an incredible team and community who have built the school from the bottom up, based on local need?
Can you imagine sharing your own life learning and gaining wisdom from others who have a variety of experiences and backgrounds?

Interviews will be held in late March for potential candidates, and the advertisement will remain open until all available positions are filled.
Please Note: During the current set-up phase, staff roles are unpaid. This is a new and independent organisation, receiving no government assistance. Therefore all school income must go directly towards operational costs. Paid positions will be offered as soon as financial viability is established for the school.
